About Gabriela Bodkin

As Project Manager and Marketing Specialist for The Iman Bacodari Team at Douglas Elliman, Gabriela is responsible for keeping operations running smoothly, implementing unique marketing strategies, and ensuring that clients are fully satisfied with their transactions. Joining her husband, a real estate industry veteran, after 20 years in the baby, fashion, and cosmetics industry has been highly rewarding, and has afforded her the platform to utilize her seasoned, well-rounded professional skills.

 

Most recently, Gabriela served as Director of Sales at MAM USA, where she was directly responsible for mass and drug channels, and worked with the national buyers for Target, Walgreens, CVS and many other big names throughout the USA and Canada. Prior to that, she was a Senior Account Executive at Centric Brands, which sold licensed products and cosmetics to all major retailers.

 

By always being highly knowledgeable about the product she is selling as well as the competitive market, Gabriela seamlessly transitioned to real estate. She enjoys working with buyers to help meet their needs within their price range, and believes that negotiation, flexibility, communication, and thinking outside the box are key to long-term relationships. “I thrive on the thrill of sales and the joy of providing the best customer service possible. Being in real estate is very rewarding, and my passion translates to hard work and great results.”

 

For nearly 20 years, Gabriela has resided on the west side of Manhattan, in Hell’s Kitchen, the Upper West Side, and Columbus Circle. Nothing beats being so close to Central Park, she feels, especially with two small children, or summer evenings along the Hudson River.

 

Originally from New Jersey, Gabriela also lived in Florida and graduated with a BA degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design from the International Academy of Art and Design. Other than real estate and her family, she loves travel and food!
